Came in for an oil change at 8 15, still waiting at 11 38, however I was told an hour to 1.15 hour wait time at check in. Defeats the purpose of providing a finish time frame and having me wait for almost 3.5 hours now. Although, Customer service was great.
Poor customer service I had an appointment for break service, regular scheduled maintenance and alignment for 2018 Rav4. Dropped the vehicle on Nov 23, 2019 at 8:25 AM. Technician attended the vehicle at 10:10. Within 30 minutes, he completed break service including seasonal tire change. Surpise! When I asked two customer service representative, both told that it will take min. 1 hour to do the job. When I told that how the technician finished in 30 minutes. $2200 of Unnecessary Work I have a 2009 Highlander Hybrid and after hearing some grinding noises when turning the steering wheel I took my car to my non Toyota mechanic. He advised me that the steering rack needed to be replaced. I then called Toyota Scarborough and spoke to Gord De Castro (Service Manager) who provided me a price of @ $2200 for parts & labour, plus tax, to replace the steering rack and that I would need to pre-pay the part (@$1500). I was cheated by Scarborough Toyota They are false I was cheated by Scarborough Toyota They are false promise maker they kept all my deposit of $5000 when I canceled the agreement that’s too next day of signing due to some personal reasons. Highly non professionalism shown by all staff members. Even i was told to get car @2.49 but on agreement it came as of @6.44% and also i was told to get 10 years guarantee of rust proof free of cost but was charged $1500 extra. Very unhappy with service I went there for first oil change service of my 2019 Corolla at 16000 km. Right after the oil change fuel efficiency dropped about 20%. When I talked to one of the advisors, he blamed car being too old, my driving habit, gas quality, road condition etc. But I know for sure, none of this has changed suddenly after the service. He also denied the possibility of any mistake made at their end.
They took my money but they did not send the parts I ordered part from Scarborough Toyota a month ago. The electronic invoice that I got says parts will be delivered in 10 days. Now it is 4 weeks past and I have not received anything no even a tracking number. I call 4 times they telling me to send emails. I did sent 3 emails I got no replies from Scarborough Toyota. Again they took my money and they did not send me any parts.
Met the company's 3C and above for Joseph Yung I know Joseph for over 20 years! I drive a 97 Toyota Rv4 and a 99 VW jetta, Joseph is an honest, sincere person and an expert in general knowledge of auto trouble shoot! The worst Office! collision centre & managment sucks I was supposed to post this a while ago, just got time now. Be extremely careful as they really don't deserve their posted rating based on few experiences with this office. I Brought my car for repairs at the collision centre. Work wasn't done properly, a bumper was changed brand new and wasn't installed properly. when I asked them to fix it.
