I had a TERRIBLE experience at this store , very bad customer service , SHORT TEMPER MANAGER , after they get your signature to sell the car , you will see how i they will treat are. I would never go to this store , they made me hate THE name of TOYOTA.

Sorry but I have just had a very bad experience at this dealership: 1) although I had a pre-arranged appt, somehow it ended up taking 1.5 hours for my oil change to be done 2) I was charged $8.35 plus tax for Environmental Disposal Fee
Never go to this dealership rude behaviour and worst customer service. Once you sign their contract there behaviour will change. If you are a first-time buyer they will take advantage of that and if you change your mind they will scare you with legal and harass you rather then solving your problems.
Dirk and Damien were so disrespectful, they only care about getting a sale and not the customer's satisfaction. Do not ever visit Toyota Scarborough. I was unhappy with a car that I placed a deposit for and they refused to refund the deposit. I will never recommend this location to anyone, the customer service at this location is horrible.

Not a very good experience with Otega, will not recommend him nor Toyota Scarborough to another customer because of my ugly experience with him, it’s a pity.
This is the guy that don't care about customer service. My experience is just for a faulty Gas cap that I bought from Scarborough Toyota. He don't want to replace it unless I will bring the car for service. Even though one of their mechanic check it and agreed its faulty. I went to Don Valley North Toyota and bought another gas cap with no issues.
Rude Customer Service I had a terrible experience at this dealership. When browsing for cars that I was very much interested in, I decided to sleep on the idea, and that I would come back in a couple days. When the worker who was helping us asked for my name and phone number, I gave a name, but decided to opt out of giving a phone number as I really value my privacy. Bad service and dishonest sales tactics. They say one thing through email and when you actually come in the story changes. So many Toyota dealerships in the GTA I recommend going to another one.
