Worst experience ever . I went to the dealership after visiting a couple of other Toyota dealers , of course to see where I would get the best deal. Don’t trust any of these shady Toyota salesmen from Scarborough Toyota. I made a special trip to Toronto from Sarnia to see at 2010 Tundra I saw on their website. The truck wasn’t even there. One of the employees had taken it away for the weekend. What a way to rack up kilometers, eh? I got the salesman’s number and we picked another day for me to come and check it out. That was today. Hi guys, As usual when putting in an offer and using a Hi guys, As usual when putting in an offer and using a trade-in, it's always hit and miss whether a dealer will offer true value for the vehicle. In my case, they offered me only 10% of the total value in the Kelley Blue Book. They trot out reasons (excuses) and try to make it sound like the Kelley Blue Book isn't valid because it's a US-based tool.
