I did not have the best experience you could say at Scarborough Toyota when I went to visit their dealership. I was helped by a really nice sales representative that, I’ll be honest, I could tell she was new, so of course I was more patient with her when she had to ask her manager several questions. Night drop off system is poor. I called the next morning to make sure they had received my car/key. I was told they never got the key and couldn't find the car. Left my phone number with 2 people who each promised to locate the car and call me back shortly. Never received a call back. Called again 2 hours later starting to worry that my car had been stolen overnight. All of them cheated 100% & liers and i have more evidance for that . They do not care about the customer's reconciliation and comfort, but only their interests

A salesperson sold me a 2021 Rav4, after that there no follow-up. The parts department staff when I was at the parts counter were absolutely rude, one was on the phone and did not even acknowledge my presence, after his phone conversation I tried to get his attention as he walked right by me, he then gave me a death stare. I have not been to the service department yet, if it has the same customer service I will take my 2021 Rav4 to a different Dealership.
I boked time for express oil change two days ago and for only oil change it take more then two hours to change oil they did not gave any reason why it take so much time worst customer service ever
Terrible place to go buy a car.They get my $1000 bcoz i didnt want to get the car to them.Said it was refundable at first and they want to force u buying a car which i dont really like.So unprofesiionall,BEWARE to this place they will ripp u off..
Checked website, tried to book appointment on line. Didnt work. But below it said Express Service NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED. Service dept and manager claim appointment required. Website actually doesnt say that. Thanks for wasting my morning. Update your website!!!!!
A real cheater... stay away from this guy and this dealership. When I asked about buyout at my lease end, he told me that that since I am a customer there he would charge me admin fee of $500, compared to non-customers $700 to transfer the car and 6.99% to Re-finance. At Whitby Toyota, they charged $300 admin fee and 5.99% to re-finance. Do not go to Scarborough Toyota even if you accidentally bought your vehicle there. Real crooks there..
Didn't fix the car, charged me a lot of money. Only get refunded (- inspection fees) when I contacted Gord de Castro which I'm thankful to him.
