Do Not Trust Sergio & Justin I was dealing with Sergio, internet car sales. I explained to him that I am negotiating from Florida on behalf of my mom who will come to the dealership once we are closer in price. He continued to avoid this and said he and his managers are more than willing to negotiate once my mom arrives at the dealership. It is the worst dealership i have ever been to!!! :'( Hello! I would not recommend this dealership at all this is the worst Toyota dealers i have ever been to. I bought a car before from other Toyota dealers they were so kind and these people are absolutely ridiculous. My 1 year old corolla driven only 20 000 km almost new bought for over $20,000 and still have warranty. Pushy, insincere and wasted our time. Qaise called me to offer an early trade-in option for my lease. I informed him clearly that I was not interested as my car was perfect and I was not interested in upgrading due to costs. He assured me that i should come in on a Saturday & he will offer a much better deal. "Call the wife tell her no dinner since there's no sale." Such an unprofessional comment was said to the sales employee we were with out loud to ensure we heard as we leaving because we asked for more time to think about purchasing the 2017 4Runner. Buying a vehicle isn’t something you buy with pocket change. So beware when you go in to this dealership and he’s around - he might do the same to you to try to make you feel bad. Awful experience.

The rip off game has returned! Go in today for an oil change and a tire swap at Scarborough Toyota. The up-selling started within 60 seconds for all kinds of stuff not needed. I mean how would the guy know if they haven't looked at anything yet. Later they want to "recommend" $1500 dollars worth of extra work? In part they suggested over 750 dollars for back brakes that were serviced at THIS SAME PLACE only 6000 km ago. The Better Way I chose to not purchase a vehicle from this fellow. Even public transit seemed a better option than what was offered. Looking back I made the right choice. No regrets here.

Terrible Service Very surprise this Richard Alam guy is in a sales manager position. He has no people skills and was very rude. Full of presumptions and a tone full of negative presupposed notions. Felt Profiled. I ended up going to Don Valley North Toyota to purchase my vehicle (you can check on your computer) much better service. Don't pay attention to these positive reviews because they seemed bought.
