This happened Last Saturday, The person who change the oil and check my minivan 2022, did a very triable job, my whole Interior and dashboard are Oily and have lots of stains.
I took my RAV 4 SUV into Toyota on Eglinton Ave on August 3/22. I had scheduled an appt for detailing, oil change and maintenance check. When I dropped my car off at 10am, my Service Advisor Jeanneth Lagman told me that my car would not be ready until 2pm the next day because of an issue with detailing. I accepted that fact and Jeanneth made arrangements for an Uber to take me home. In March of 2022, I went to the Scarborough Toyota and leased a new Prius Prime. Originally my dealings with Daisy were pleasant but in the months while I was awaiting the arrival of the car, March-July, things went downhill. I bought the car sight unseen as they didn't have one in stock for me to see or test drive, I made the deal on trust as I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1999 and my family all own Toyota's. Very poor service. I bought a hitch for my rav4 and returned it. They have not refunded my money even after three weeks have gone. I am frustrated about how they treated me not refunding my $339 for hitch. Little customer care, only selling without nurturing long term customer relationship. It is all about poor customer service.
If you are planning to buy a Toyota I would strongly suggest you stay away from this dealership. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Due to the shortage of inventory the sales guy and the finance manager made up excuses and refunded my deposit after a week. Why false advertise that they will get anyone approved. Never ever stepping foot into this dealership for sure!!
My experience with Scarborough Toyota & George Chau has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wasn't happy with my first lease but I had made it to the end, George was very pushy to get me into a new lease even though I could have owned the 2019 Corolla I was used to for only $12000. I could have financed it for another 2 or 3 years and owned it! however George kept only showing me prices for a new lease even after repeatedly asking him to show me my options for buyout. "Buyer Beware" I purchased a Certified Toyota Highlander from the dealer. After a few weeks I noticed that the passenger side headlight is not pointing upright to the car in front.
