Yell at you if you do not pick up a car after driving test 1. This sales person turned very upset at me, even in front of his sales manager when I couldn't not pick up the car just after test drive. 2. I complained to their sales manager, this manager told me it was because I was older than this sales person, or this sales was having a bad day, so I got this bad attitude. Speechless. 3. Spoiled break rotors 2 times The service is worst ever and I dont know who gave it high rating. This mechanical service never changed break pods on time until rotors are damaged! This happend on 2 of my cars. Looks like they make money on your breaks - this story happened 2 times on both my cars - avoid them at all cost!

SERVICE IS THE WORST 4 HOURS to change tires and an oil change! On top of that I was already asked to come back the next day so I could schedule an appointment! 4 HOURS! TIRE CHANGE. OIL CHANGE.

Liars I had seen a used car for sale on Autotrader for sale. I had called them before leaving to ask if the car was available. They had said yes. When I got there they said it was sold but started showing me other cars. I feel they were using switch and bait tactics. Completly unprofessional people trying to cheat customer by advertising a car for sale with low price and when customer gets there telling them its sold. Horrible Experience Was looking for buy a new car. Went in for a quote, Qaise was somewhat friendly at the beginning but the experience was terrible at the end. He was very pushy and rude, he raised his voiced a few times throughout our conversation that the manager had to intervene. In the end I went to another dealership nearby, got a much better quote and the customer service was much better.

Car Service 8/10 Customer Service 2/10 Warning, long detailed review ahead. See the end for a TLDR summary. I called in and made an appointment to get a coolant flush for my Corolla. I was told this should take 1 hour. Major waste of time Terrible! Dealership overbooked appts. & I wasted 3 hours in an overheated mall because they had not taken my car in appt.time. Not impressed with the lack of respect for customer's time. Had to take car unserviced because of another appt. booked the same day. Sorry doesn't cut it as far as I am concerned when you book 3 weeks in advance for an appt.

Poor Customer Service-Disillusioned! I recently purchased a new RAV 4 from Scarborough Toyota. Problems arose once I had bought the car. No one bothered to mention the dealership promotion of selecting a Complimentary Extended warrenty to 5 yrs/100k. I found out about this promotion in the Toronto Star the same Saturday I purchased the car.
