Not happy with the service Not happy at all with the aervice on my 2017 Corolla IM. From customer service rep to service manager. Nobody wants to listen to me. I wanted a oil change and have the tire pressure light looked at. They all have their own agenda.

( In 2008 I purchased Camry this location and I refer to my friend too,he also purchased 2008 Camry same Product advisor) . very bad service, treated me very bad i took my corolla to this location on 2/12/2018 for service with 3200km. Anver wazir Ali charged me $570.18 and named bunch of problems with my car. Review on Service agent and too few personnel to check on ca I was assigned Jay as my service agent by Joseph at Scarborough Toyota Service centre. This was at 11:20am today. I waited 40 minutes to find out what service would I need. I was told that could take 2hours; there were customers ahead of me. That there were no emoyees available to diagnose on the car. Program & service resolution failure/ changing wrong parts Thank you for your outstanding customer resolution. Toyota Scarborough Dealer charged my insurance the first time to provide us an ´´outstanding service ´´ and a ´´guaranteed work accomplished ´´. After failing to fix the car initially, then they requested additional repairs which they charged us for part and labor, yet the issue remained idem unresolved. Stay away from their collision centre. STAY AWAY from their COLLISION CENTRE. We have taken our car few times there, spent thousands of dollars with a big deception; 1- Bad attitude and arrogance, 2- Two out of three experiences: Work was not done properly: a- The back of the Car and the trunk was painted with a different color! I have to take time off from my work to take the car again to be repainted; it is shameful as a Toyota dealer to put a different paint/color, and deliver it to the client. Arrogant or inapt: you judge when you deal with him I needed help to understand a situation but was cut short and so, could not explain further to obtain clarification. No deal was hence done.

Oil & Filter change I went to get the oil change. Requested this person to reset the Maintenance Required light twice after the oil change. Still the light was on when I got the car. Daniel is the worst person to go to at this location. He doesn't hear what the customer is asking for. I don't care if he has been in the industry for 41 years after experiencing him several times.

Don't Waste Your Time Going To Scarborough Toyota Definitely would not recommend this dealership. I was interested in a used vehicle with a trade, was offered one price for trade value than offered less after. Not willing to negotiate and the used car manager was very unprofessional and would not return calls. Visited Oakville Toyota and bought a brand new Tacoma for less than their used Tacoma asking price. Scarborough Toyota even said "good luck finding a better deal than they were offering".
