This review is about the service department. I went for a seasonal tire changed on 21/04/2025, and the service especialist Phillip said it will take maximum 30 mins. Tires were on rims so nither did I expect that the work will take more than 30 mins. After two hours waiting, I decided to complain with Phillip, only then he went and checked what happened. I bought a brand new 2024 Sienna Limited in October 2024. On January 14, I brought my van for the first-ever service and was greeted by Philip. My appointment time was at 10 am. However, he said my car won't be in the bay till late afternoon! So what's the point of calling for an appointment? Also, I don't feel any warm welcome at all to what he responded to my concerns! Certainly, I won't be going back there for any services and they will lose a valuable customer.
Worst dealership I have ever been to. Awful customer service. They don't clear terms and conditions before buying car. Don't book your car in advance. Make sure don't put your deposit more than $250, if you put more deposit you had to lose your deposit if things doesn't go as planned. They change statements for car delivery ask you to choose color to get you fast delivery which they can't fulfill. The worst place, I will say, was the salesperson. He was very rude and pushed me to sell my car to them when another buyer offered me a very good price. He said, "If you are not selling your car to us, we are not selling to you." I can only get an RAV4 Hybrid in a month if you sell your car to us. Otherwise, you have to wait for 3/4 months. I just want to know what type of business ethics that is. Probably, OMVIC has the answer.
Parts Section. If you guys will buy here just FYI the parts guys have no idea about the parts and will never disclose if the item your buying is returnable or not. although it says in the receipt. We bought 2022 Toyota corrola hybrid- we will never buy there again staff is friendly but they didn't provide any discount. The car cost was around $36 990.72 we paid full upfront cash plus bought the 4 years warranty! No mercy at this place when it comes to discount other than one standard oil change. What a shame for no courtesy of even rounding the numbers for such a big purchase!
