I bought my first vehicle from Scarborough last month. After visiting several other dealerships and getting treated like a young unimportant kid I was about to give up and buy a vehicle from a private seller. Mark at Scarborough Toyota treated me with respect and appreciated my business. He gave me a great deal on a 2009 Toyota Matrix. I will tell all my friends and family to go to Scarborough Toyota.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership after being shown a clean CARFAX report and being told by the salesperson, Pauline, that the vehicle had no accident history. A few months later, an accident appeared on the vehicle history report with a date prior to my purchase. When I contacted the dealership, I received no support or assistance in resolving the issue. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service after the sale and would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
Looking for assistance in hopefully purchasing a new RAV4, with 10-15 employees on the floor not a single one provided any type of greeting or attention to try and help. Terrible service, would not recommend in future.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership!!! First, they left me sitting for over an hour past my appointment time before anyone came to speak to me and it was only after I went back to the front desk to ask what the hold up was. Then they wouldn't listen to what it was I wanted and kept trying to upsell me into a more expensive vehicle with more features than what I wanted, despite me telling them repeatedly that I did not want that. I had a terrible experience at this Toyota dealership. The person who helped me, Rishad Sharifi, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had an awful attitude. From the moment I spoke with him, his behavior made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. He clearly has no interest in helping customers or providing any kind of decent service. I left the dealership with a very bad impression, and I will never deal with him again. If you care about being treated with respect, I strongly recommend avoiding him.

Purchased a brand new vehicle here, but the dealership's reputation was severely damaged by the appalling behavior of their new car sales manager, Adam Walt. Need to do better job to respect and serve customers. Toyota may be number 1 in technology but showroom representing Toyota need not show arrogance but deal better with visitors.
