Job Completed. They didn't return my calls so it took time to get in. They cancelled on short notice and I needed to rebook. When I arrived they had only booked one service I needed. Completed both at appt. upon request so I am satisfied.
Service This was my first visit and I was made to feel very comfortable. When I went to pick my car up I was greeted by my name and really appreciated that. I will definitely go back for services.
Great Service I have been dealing with North Bay Toyota since 2002. I love my Camry (I'm on my 2nd one). The service has always been top notch and the staff friendly and courteous.

Excellent 1st service of my RAV4. They were waiting for me when I arrived, and the appointment took the estimated time. They even washed my vehicle which was nice.
Awesome Service Couldn't be happier with the Service I received from the time I walk in to the time I left. Mike did an amazing job greeting me and explaining everything I needed to know. And another thing that really stood and grabbed my attention was while serving me another customer came to the the counter and tried to butt in our conversation and he politey told her to wait as he was serving me that he would get to her when he was done. Now that's service. Thank you again.
Consistently great service I just can't say enough about how great the customer service is at Toyota. It's always so easy to book appointments and they're always on top of things!
Booked a service call at last minute Everything was taken care off in speedy order...the block heater recall was also taken care off..didn't need to be replaced..the lady in the service department was very helpful
