Good and timely service Took my Rav4 in for regular servicing, which was to take 2 hours. Arranged to be transported to mall for 1.5 hours. Transport was there to pick me up from the mall right on time, as requested. The vehicle was ready exactly when it was supposed to be. As I am from out of town, this was important to me. Great job.

Good service My wife and I bought our 2018 camry from Roberto and Paul Myers in the spring and have loved our new ride imensly. Just had our first oil change and tire rotation done, and the time frame and communication was excellent. Great job guys.

Great service. I'm on my second vehicle from North Bay Toyota and I am still amazed at how consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful they are! On my last visit, Kevin took great care of my vehicle and Karen in parts was spot on communicating the timeline for my service and making sure the right parts are there when they need them.
Not impressed On Tuesday 13th November at 10:00 am took my 2018Tundra in to have air bag sensor replaced due to recall. Also requested oil change and regular maintenance if possible. Advised that it would not be ready until 3 pm. 3 pm came and I had not received a call that it was ready. I was called at 4:10 pm advising my vehicle was ready.
