Amazing Customer Service From the start, the individuals at North Bay Toyota have been a dream to deal with. Clearly, there is a culture of service that has been cultivated at the dealership. From the time we went in and dealt with Brent to look for a vehicle to the service desk for routing maintenance, I have nothing but good things to say about these folks. Highly recommend them.

Pleasant first servicing This was a 6-month (first) servicing. It was on time and took only an hour. There were no surprises on price. Staff seemed considerate and pleasant.
