So Efficient I was given a courtesy phone call reminder of an oil change and service that was due on my 8year old Toyota (purchased through this dealership new) & decided to try the online booking option. I was very happy to see I could get booked in the very next day, and the dealership not only sent an email confirmation but also a reminder call! Great service Everyone at this location is incredibly friendly and they are a huge reason why I keep coming back to them for everything I need done. Customer service is the most important thing to me and these guys nail it. The only genuine complaint I have is on occasion things aren't communicated well between staff and it has in the past resulted in me having to schedule an extra service visit due to the lack of communication.

Amazing Excellent service. Completed in a good amount of time. Very pleasant waiting area and the staff were excellent in keeping me up to date as to when my car was ready. I am from BC and I would definitely come back here if I needed service and I was in the area.
The friendliest staff and very accommadating I don't live in North Bay but on my recent visit to your city, I stopped by to ask about a concern that I had in regards to my battery. I was told that my battery was getting low and wanted to make sure that it was okay. I asked Mike if he could have it checked for me before I returned home the next day.
