Professional service I am a new Toyota customer and purchased a RAV4 in October 2017. Brought vehicle in for 1st service check, personnel in service were very friendly, professional and above all made me feel very welcome. Great job Mike and the staff in service! I was very impressed seeing this was my first experience at North Bay Toyota.
Car tune up Went in for tune up the other day, just a typical oil, lube, filter and a battery test, and was treated with the highest levels of kindness and attention from all employees at Toyota North Bay. In particular, Derek was very professional and explained all the paper work and communicated with me everything that was to be done on the day, and even arranged for a car to pick me up when my car was finished! Amazing experience and I will always continue to come back :)
A place that treats you with respect and kindness We are a Toyota family. I enjoy the free car washes. I love how people know my name when I arrive. I enjoy that I get no run around and if there ever is even a minor issue they are happy to promptly solve it. I love my RAV4!
