North Bay Toyota is Totally Awesome 👍🙏🏼 Just moved to North Bay, my Toyota still under warranty so took my car to North Bay Toyota for its 64,000 Big tune up. After dropping vehicle off I was driven home and 3hours later Michael called to tell me my car was ready and they would send a car for me. Sure enough 10mins a driver was at my door. Car runs great and all Toyota employees I met on December 6, 2017 were the best. Thank you North Bay Toyota.
Excellent dealership except.. This was my dealership for many years before we moved last year. We have 2 Toyotas, a Prius and a Camry hybrid. I was in the area this week and stopped in for a GPS update. The only real problem we’ve had is with the GPS updates for my Camry. Nobody seems to know how they work and they cost between 200$ and 300$. Why have a GPS in your fairly expensive car with updates at these prices when you can buy a Garmin GPS with lifetime maps? disappointed in service department last few visits I have been dealing with NB Toyato for 4 years and was always impressed and satisfied with the service department. Unfortunately i have been very disappointed during my past few service experiences. Specifically I was told during my appointment that a follow-up call would be made to me with estimated cost of needed repairs and to set up the appointment. Outstanding Service My first Toyota experience started 3 years ago. The level of service still astounds me every visit. The staff are so friendly and helpful AND they serve fruit and coffee while I wait for FREE car washes! I am driven to work when I have my seasonal tire change visits by friendly staff and the service of my vehicle is second to none. I love their product so much I went in for a seasonal tire change and left upgrading from a Corolla Sport to a RAV Trail Edition. Nothing but praise from this happy customer.
Exceptional service All my visits to N.B. Toyota have been exceptional. Any problems encountered with the vehicle were immediately diagnosed and repaired. ALL of the staff have been friendly at all times and this has helped me to decide to continue dealing with this dealership. I definitely see no reason to deal elsewhere in the future.

Routine service, winter tires put on The service is competent, but there were a couple of irritants. I received the Toyota magazine and on it was a coupon for an LED lantern. I read the coupon and it appeared to say to redeem when service was due, not bring in immediately because supply is limited. Unfortunately when I got up to the counter I was told that the lanterns were gone and I should have come in as soon as I got the coupon.
