Amazing Service Everytime Can’t rave enough about North Bay Toyota! When I purchased my car in March I had a great experience with Danny, Roberto, and Lori. Upon picking up my car I dealt with Brent and Nick. Every time I go into the dealership for anything, I’m always greeted with a smile. I recently went in for an oil change, and had my 4 year old with me. She had no problem walking up to Brent and having a short conversation with him. I don’t think I will ever go to another dealership.
Above average sales and service experience every time Every time I come to North Bay Toyota I experience well above average service. I recently took my 2015 van to another dealer to address a problem with the right rear fold down seat. The service they provided was limited and they told me I needed a $798 seat. North Bay Toyota was contacted because I was visiting for the week. They not only worked me into their schedule on short notice but they also replaced the broken handle for a total charge of $318.90. My experience was great. They were helpful, quick and very I dropped my car off in the morning and everyone was smiling and friendly. They offer me a ride as it would be a could of hours for the work to be done. When it was done they called and offered to pick me up. Everyone was very nice and my car as clean inside and out. Great job!

As quoted The job was quoted at 1.3 hours but took close to 4 hours. They took the time to do job properly and dealt with a seized part, and the job was done right. I don’t mind waiting for this kind of service and at the end of it all I was charged as quoted without question. Thanks North Bay Toyota

Servicing Usual great service, but this time I feel I have to especially recommend the young lady in the car washing area, I asked if my driver's side mat could be washed, so caked with winter sand, & she obliged me & did an excellent job, means so much to a senior citizen. this was on Monday,March 25th around 4 p.m.

2016 toyota rav 4 I have no issue with the people in the service department-they are always courteous and professional. However, I do have an issue with my vehicle. My Rav has approximately 38000km on the ODO and I was told I needed to have the front rotors and pads replaced as well as having the rear brakes serviced because of excess wear. The vehicle is not driven aggressively and driving is split 50/50 city/highway.
