Pleasant buying experience Dealt with Nick in sales during the purchase of a new Rav4. He was straightforward and honest throughout the process. He answered all of our questions. Pricing was fair from the getgo (in other words, he let us know about any incentives, financing rates right from the start).
Usual great service! I enjoy feeling like I matter when I go into the service department. Kate was helpful in setting up the service. Jason made sure that I had everything that my Venza needed to keep it running well. They even gave me a complete schedule for the regular maintenance as well as the cost associated with each service call! The positive professional approach makes coming to the service department a pleasure.
Efficient, pleasant and thorough. I've been very pleased with North Bay Toyota's Service department for the relatively few times I've had to use them. (My RAV4 has proven to be VERY well made in the first place. Their recommendations for service are accurate, presented in a "contextual" manor that makes sense. Very appreciative of North Bay Toyota, literally from the initial sale to the service and maintenance experiences. Definitely 5 Stars.

Service with a smile! I have been a Toyota customer for my last two vehicles. I enjoy the Highlander, but I have to admit, I am equally as impressed with the service at North Bay Toyota. Each time you visit the car wash. showroom, service or parts desk, you are greeted by a pleasant personality. That goes a long way when recruiting customers! Kudos to Jason and his crew..for a job well done.
Had service done on Camrey and it was great I always get great service. The service people are always so helpful and polite. If I have any questions they always give the answers I want to hear. They are so helpful. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
