Great Service Not only did the service department provide the servicing required, it was done to perfection great job. To finish off they even washed my vehicle to finalize their work on my car. Great job.
OLD RELIABLE! I have had the pleasant experience of dealing with North Bay Toyota staff for four years. I certainly enjoy their clean well maintained facilities and vehicle service, but it is the people that keep me going back! I don't know whether good recruiting or management is the key, but I do know that I have never met a more polite and upbeat group. You never have to worry about raising issues or asking questions. Each visit is pleasant and I always leave happy.

What time was my 3:45 appointment! Hey. I can't say too many bad things here because they do look after me and my truck because of past terrible experiences. It was waaay better than the last time when they forgot to bolt my transmission to the suspension. Another story. Much more disturbing. So thumbs up on improved customer service.
