Service Department The North Bay Toyota service department is top notch! From the moment I walk through the door, I know that my car (and myself) will receive only the best AAA-1 service and care. They have certainly earned my respect and trust over the years. I would not take my car anywhere else!
First time with Toyota After shopping for a new vehicle had narrowed it to three dealers. Toyota reception from the first call was exceptional and eventually the service and professionalism won me over. Since then, any intereaction I've had as been just as positive. Highly recommend Toyota.
Excellent customer service This is my third vehicle from North Bay Toyota, working on my fourth before too much longer. I have dealt with North Bay Toyota since 1987 and live in Sudbury. I keep going back because they treat me so very well, service beyond expectations, friendly outgoing staff take care of all my needs.
Exceptional Purchase and Service Experience I purchased my "Certified Pre-Owned" RAV4 from North Bay Toyota in May of last year. Since that time, the car has performed flawlessly, and my only need to return to the dealership has been for regular service. Professional Service As always, we had another great experience with the staff and service at North Bay Toyota! Great service!! As an out of town customer Tony went above and beyond to make it as quick and convenient as possible. We had shopped around to several dealers including our local toyota dealership the service we received from North Bay toyota was above and beyond than anywhere else we had been....Tony was able to get us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted without feeling any pressure at all....
