Always a pleasure - Excellent service I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and very happy with their products. I presently own a Camry, which is a comfortable and very reliable vehicle. So nice to drive into a bay, be met with a smile, have my car serviced, and leave a bay sparkling clean! Great job folks.
Fast and Comfortable Service This is our second service for the 2019 Highlander. It was nice, since we were able to drive into the service bay, wait in a very comfortable and clean setting, and were treated by friendly staff. Car was washed when completed. Very happy.

SUPERFAST OIL CHANGE In and out in 40 min and they washed vehicle. Friendly staff. I had a coffee and an apple on the house while I waited.
FIRST SERVICE VISIT First ever service visit to this dealership.all went well and they were very close to the promised completion time. They washed vehicle but left quite a few dead bugs remaining on front bumber area.overall experience was good.

Had my vehicle tuned up I’m very pleased with the service and courtesy rides. Staff from the dealership called and reported item needed to be fixed. I able to return to destinations on time as I planned
Long delivery for warranty parts.. Finally received warranty parts replacement, after 10 weeks of waiting. Parts were supposedly ordered back in July. Question if the parts were actually ordered when told they had been. Parts eventually came in within 2 weeks of me following up?? Last two visits with my Tacoma, and not so much as a vehicle wash afterwards? Little things do matter!!
Wheel cover 2nd time I have had to properly reinstall wheel cover after re-torque. Perhaps use rubber mallet instead of fist in order to save time.
