Brian and his team of professionals resolved my vehicles issues. I would highly recommend Lexus on the park for servicing your Lexus, you may pay a little more but your vehicle show it in dividends though performance

I brought my Lexus in for a tune-up and to fix a recall issue. Great service, courtesy car was ready - you were ready for me! Great and thanks! I had forgotten what time the appointment was booked for and called around 7:30 only to find out I was supposed to be there at 7:00. I'm never late, I've been in business for 30 years - never late. Always at the airport 3 hours before my scheduled flight, (international(, 2 hours (local). But even though I was late (I did apologize) I was still taken in right away. Very friendly, courteous , professional, knowledgable, easy to deal with staff, esp. Benjamin, salesperson and Sean, manager. I have been searching for a Lexus for some time and as much as I like the make I can not same the same about dealerships! This dealer is a unethical Burned me on used Rx350 and low balled me on buyback look else where
There seems to be a major internal communication issue within the dealership. I contacted the dealership attempting to purchase a vehicle listed on their web interface. As I would be travelling 5 hours to test drive and finalize the deal the first question I asked was "is this vehicle available ?". I was assured it was. Working with sales consultant Desmond Liu we discussed pricing and the fact that this would be a simple cash purchase. Used to be a pleasant experience parting with your money to get car serviced here. Pandemic measures are to be expected. The overall experience has deteriorated significantly. What should take an hour, takes 4. They call you by your last name. People aren’t cattle. Will go to a neighborhood auto shop for oil changes in future.
Try to avoid this dealership. Unpleasant experience from Ricky Lam, he was ok prior to selling me my Lexus but terrible after-service. Calls were not returned and very hard to get a hold of. When I was at the dealership for servicing and I was able to get him in person to ask him a few questions. He left mid-conversation to talk to other potential customers and did not return. I waited 30 mins for him but he ended up having lunch after the potential customer and did not notify me. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Horrible Sales Rep Extremely disappointed with the sales rep and work ethics, upon discovering my budge bluntly refused to entertain me or work with me. Also informed that the dealer will not let me even test out the vehicle as he thinks I won't be able to afford it.
