Coming from a family with Mercedes. I fell in love with the Lexus brand. Not only is this dealership the most amazing one in all of canada but the sales staff were truley professional. Sam was very friendly and his knowledge on the product was extremely helpfull. He really made me feel comfortable and was so helpful. I can't emphasize enough how much help he has given me. When it's time for me to get a new car I know exactly what dealership I'm going to and I'm definetly going to see "Sam the man" .

Mark is the most amazing person to work with. He is easy going, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. He made what could have been a very complicated situation, very pleasant and straightforward. Lexus On The Park doesn't feel like a car dealership. They are much better. I don't feel like I'm visiting a car dealership BUT am visiting my uncle Nick (Bales) for advice on which vehicle is best for my needs. Then there is my uncle Kevin (Few) for advice on how to keep my car running properly. On my last visit I was in for electrical problems. I recently purchased a used Lexus RX350 at the Lexus on the Park. The deal left me truly satisfied by a number of factors. I was pretty much locked on a car that I wanted, but this dealership had 7 of them in this year and package category, which is pretty rare. Benjamin Momayez made very impressive presentation and was professional and accommodating. I left convinced that it was a good deal for both sides. I'll definitely make sure to check out this dealership in my next search and recommend it to my friends.

I brought my new Lexus IS in for the first inspection, the one month check-up. Marlon was very receptive and got me on my way in under the estimated time, approximately 1 hour. The service guys cleaned the inside of my car, but too cold for the outside.....sad but true. John checked up on me to see if I was enjoying my new car, and I of course told him I love it. I have always been treated with respect and appreciation at Lexus on the Park. I've had certain issues with my car and this dealer has always tried to resolve the issue even without charge, even once out of warrantee. I am very happy with them.
