Same level service as other place, maybe less. Made an appointment for an oil change. On the way to the service, the car broke down (flat tire) and was late for the service. I called in to see if later appointment time was available and the service receiptionist kindly suggested I bring the car in anyway and it would only take 2 hours or so - now this involves tire job and an oil change. My service experience :poor The sales dept is excellent. The service dept. is very overpriced. I went in for a low mileage 30000 km service of $280.00 and was told my bill would be over $700.00 !! e.g. $150.00 to change brake fluid. I priced the cost of my described bill to a reputable auto shop and the total bill would have been approximately 50% of what you asked. NOT HAPPY, will probably do service elsewhere

The service quality needs to be improved I have recently visited this dealer for a scheduled repair work just after a big snowing. 1. I actually waited for almost 3 hrs for the less than 2 hrs work. 2. I was told after 2 hr that my car is under washing and will be coming out soon. After another 1hr, I was told my car is ready and it is parking outside. But apparently it is Not washed at all. Please keep the promise to customers. 3. The welcome that was not. I have been a long time customer at your Toyota part of your dealership. My experience there has always been great. From the prompt reception to the friendliness that one feels from the smiles on the Toyota employees. The competently and calmly explain the work to be performed on that day guide you towards the waiting area which is comfortable upstairs. Only thing good here was the price of the car Lets just say that the only thing I liked about this dealership was the price on the car. I was looking to purchase the the 2015 RX350 F-sport which I believe is probably one of their most expensive models. At first everything seemed fine but soon as financing became an issue, the courtesy and customer experience was out the door. Very Poor service very bad service, gave me a pretty ridiculous deal and very arrogant. The car also turned out to be a defect one. I am so upset about my experience buying at here.

Very conflicted with regards to my service experience As the title suggests I'm not sure I would recommend or use the service department at Lexus on the Park in the future. I purchased my Lexus GS350 (used) at this dealer earlier this year. As part of the deal I asked Lexus to perform the more extensive 100,000 km engine maintenance as the vehicle had 90,000 km at the time and I was aware that this was a necessary and costly maintenance milestone for the vehicle. Cheap.. We were at Lexus on the park just the other day to get our car serviced and tire change. After the brake pad and rotor change the total bill came out just over $950 which was totally fine but what really bothered me was that the fact that they gave us a Toyota Corolla as a loaner instead of Lexus just because we did not purchase our Lexus at this location, even with $950 service bill... And the service rep emphasized so much that the loaner was on the house that it wasn't even funny.. I know that you want to save mon... read more

Terrible experience By far the worst car service experience. Bought a 2020 hs250h in July 2014. Car wasn't ready when promised. When we picked it up, the car was dirty, touch ups as promised weren't done. Went back to get redone and told them there was an issue with the nav system as well. Picked the car back up and nav system still had the issue. Was told to schedule another appointment to fix the nav.
