We have just leased our third Lexus vehicle from this dealership, looked after each time by Larry Danziger. Larry has always been helpful, courteous, and efficient. He has given us good advice on models, financing etc. and has organized our leasing quickly and had the desired vehicle ready for takeaway and paperwork done without problem and speedily. In addition, We have had very good and efficient servicing with all our vehicles which we have serviced exclusively at LotP.

Both Stephen and Josie were most pleasant and friendly in my dealings with them. They were accommodating and professional. They were knowledgeable and efficient in showing the car and negotiating the lease of the vehicle in Stephen's case and in explaining the use of all the accessories in the case of Josie. Neither complained about working later to meet my schedule. All in all, a great experience.

We went to Lexus on the Park looking for an RX350. We were set on a pre-owned vehicle but not the options or the year that we wanted. Lexus was very receptive to our shopping and took the time to explain to us the various options and help us decide what we would target. Yin was great in showing us the vehicles in the inventory and when we didn't see what we wanted was very good about following up and letting us know what was in stock. Got my CT200h few weeks ago and I like it very much. Yin did a great job, he's very accommodating and willing to help and answer questions. He tried his best to fulfill my budget and requests and I am very happy and satisfied. My engine light came on, while on route to the office. I was alarmed and not comfortable to drive any great distance. I called Kevin, and he was very accommodating, during my urgent need for service. Kevin and his team are awesome, and deserve kudos.

Went to the Dealership: Lexus on the Park, with a cheque in my wallet to purchase my Lexus RX 330; that the lease was expiring. It was starting to get dated and didn't have sufficient leg room for my long legs. Sam Essad, asked me if I had seen the "F"Sport RX350.
