Have owned the car over eight years and serviced exclusively at the dealer. I have always felt that they tell you when something needs doing it actually does, personal touch is always there and the valet to/from plus car wash don't hurt either.

During the December 2013 ice storm we had a tree branch damage the front end of our 350. I contacted the Lexus Inn on the Park Service Department. They immediately offered same day towing of our vehicle or shuttle service to/from the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, there was a spotless rental car available with documents available for signature. I went to LOTP to buy a new car. The transition was easy and simple and I love my Lexus (especially in all this snow!). Since I bought my car I've been back many times for service. The service is always thorough, promote and easy. My time is respected, I never have to wait or follow up on the status. And I never feel like they are recommending service that I don't need.
