2008 Lexus RX400h is my 1st luxury vehicle purchase. I choose dealership & brand of car based on reputation; location & perceived ease of dealer service access. Lexus is an aspirational brand for myself & dealership has been very good. I got tired of dealing with car dealership service departments that despite customer loyalty seemed to be only interested in pushing service work either too early or unnecessary

Abid took care of my needs personally, set me up with my winter wheels, he listened to my concerns and previous experiences, remembered me from our december conversation and ensured I will be taken care of the way I was happy with. He asked Warren to look after my isf and that was an excellent experience for me. Warren knows his stuff and I was very happy that he looked personally into setup of my wheels and steering and tested the vehicle himself. Can't wait for Warren to look after my car again.

Greg has been servicing us for the past couple of years. He is very thorough, patient, attentive, responsive, solution oriented and detailed with what service needs to be done to maintain the vehicle. I bought my pre-owned Lexus from this dealership in 2011. I have been very happy with the car since. Recently I came in to have three items looked at: slow tire leak, automatic window not working, windshield wipers out of sync. Kevin was very good at listening to my description of these issues, and asked questions to clarify. I waited while the diagnosis was made, and repairs done.
