I just leased my fourth Lexus ES Series car. Mark from the dealership was proactive in contacting me because my old lease was coming due and he wanted to share the options available to me. I am delighted with my new vehicle and the review of the features of the car provided by Josie. Sam definitely did not fit my preconceived view of a car salesman. The service at Lexus on the Park is very good. It is convenient because they are open evenings and Saturdays, the waiting area is very comfortable and the quality of work is very good. I deal with Kevin Fam as my service advisor. He is very professional, honest and helpful. He goes the extra step to provide great customer service and a good experience. Highly recommended.

I purchased my Lexus on Jan. 30 2014 . It is my fourth Lexus in 22 years and I have had Mark Easton as my sales person each time . Mark has always given me great service . He is very personable and knows his stuff . I have recommended Mark to four of my friends and they are all happy . Lexus is a top quality car backed up by great customer service. I brought my Lexus IS350 in for routine maintenance. As always, the attitude if all the staff, their attention to detail and the quality of their service and customer service was outstanding. There are have two Lexus cars in my household and we bring both of them to Lexus on the Park for all their service work.

Sam is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Being in sales myself; I have high expectations. Sam has exceeded my expectations over and over again. In this kind of business I look for Customer Service and he is the best there is. I find him respectful, honest, grateful and trustworthy.
