Worst experience ever buying a car from this dealership. Slow Action and misleading information to resolve problems. I am a loyal Lexus customer for the past 10 years and these guys are nowhere close to Lexus standards.
A good example of bad customer service. I am very disappointed by Lexus and their service. Staff was more concerned about flirting with each other then customer service! Professional customer service is very important. For these reasons alone, I don't recommend.

Rip off their robbers and rip off i had a very bad experience with Patrick Roma at Lexus on the Park service, not only he tried smart to over charge me, He gave my car back not washed and cleaned even tho I requested, And his customer service was the worst. He should not work in Lexus he should be in a cheap dealer shop to gain some experience before working at Lexus. I will never deal with him again.

A horrible experience The staff at this dealership are nice and would say "any question or problem let us know" until you sign the papers. You would receive their business cards as you go along with your purchase. But once there is a problem they don't know you and no matter who and how many times you call no one will call back to take care of the problem. Terrible in picking up their phone!!!!!! I must say they are probably understaff! I called to order a part. Phone kept ringing and ringing and no one their to answer. I called 4 times, finally the secretary picked up and transferred me to parts. Again no one their to answer. I hang up and called again, then I asked the secretary if there’s anyone at parts to talk to and she replied I’m not sure sir I will transfer you to parts. A Failed Quality Control & Slow Action to resolve Problems! Battery of new 2018 RX350 found dead at the delivery moment and replaced prior to delivery. It was terrible moment for me and my wife, not to recall again. It is a human error to be forgiven, but it is also a critical failure in quality control process of the COMPANY. Very dishonest car buying experience at Lexus on the Park Summary: Lexus on the Park's prices are atleast 33% more than the fair price for a used car. If you are a first time car buyer or are bad at negotiating you'll regret buying here when you realize this fact. Keep an eye on Autotrader to get competitive prices. I had a horrible experience. I bought a new LX570 from them. I gave them a certified draft and he would not confirm a pickup date for me. Horrible experience. You wait so long for your car and then they hold your cash for a week without any explantions. They claim to attempt contacting your bank and then don't contact them and Lie to your face about their company policy. The worst experience ever buying a car!
