Seem to be suggesting things before they are necessary I moved the service of my lexus to this dealership because its closer to my home. But unlike my previous dealer, there always seems to be several things that need to get replaced or fixed. Both of my last two services have ended up over $1000 and my car only has 47,000 kms. It seems that they are recommending things well before they are required to carry forward revenue to them. Really poor service and rude behaviour. I was given an appointment for service of my RX 400h at 3:30 p.m. and was told that it would take about two hours. I reached well in time at 3p.m. and opted NOT to take the offered free rental car for just two hours. Also because the rental car persons were not only inefficient but bordered on rudeness. I waited in the lounge. At 5p.m the service person comes to tell me that they have "just started" on my Rx and realized it will take a lot more time and effort. It was really the breaki... read more

"Lexus On The Park" Exceeded my expectations in everything! I was in the market to buy a pre-owned RX350 due to its 5-star safety ratings. I looked into Autotrader.ca and I chose a RX350 at my local Lexus dealer (Don Valley North Lexus). I didn't like the way those guys treated me. I also felt pressure to buy the RX350 that I just test drove. I left that dealer disappointed.
