Battery treatment Arriving back from 3 months in Spain I found my battery flat. Usually no problem with my BMW or my Jag or my Subaru as a quick jump and we are back on the road. Not so with a hybrid! I am told by Brian, a service tech that this car needs to driven every week. Does Toyota understand that these boomer guys do take long winter holidays, that's why they call us "snowbirds." Someone forgot to tell Toyota that we buy a lot of cars, 'cause this doesn't work. Once you have purchased the car communications was gone Once I took a delivery of my car, I had a very hard time getting anybody to follow up on discussions and agreements.. But to give credit, where credit is due - dealing with Sean Johnson was pleasure straightforward at the time pf purchase

Damage to Lexus RX350 during car wash at Lexus on the Park On August 22/2016 my 2010 Lexus RX350 incurred significant body damage while travelling through the joint Toyota/Lexus on the Park car wash . I have used this car wash numerous times without incident. However, on this occasion, half way through the car wash my vehicle derailed off the metal track and incurred the damage. Not honest from sale manager to the sale person To me honesty is everything. I called to book an appointment for that specific pre-owned 2014 black RX350. Today Saturday May 14 the sale manager call me at 10:19 to confirm my 11:00 appointment with Lee ( I select both Lee below because, I don't know if he was David or John). RX 350 maintenance service Well... they missed few basics during maintenance service on my vehicle, i.e.. battery was left intact (messy,dirty) and did not lubricate hinges. Should I trust them with the rest, e.g.differential oil change etc? I do not think so. If Lexus trained techs miss such basics.....then dealership has a major problem. Sure...they would only reimburse me for the deficiencies I noted but not for the whole maintenance package. I just wanted to be reimbursed and go to another dealer to redo same maintenance... read more

I have been sold a Lemon I purchased two cars within few weeks from Lexus on the Park. A brand new NX and a used IS250. The reason why I purchased the used car is because I felt that Lexus dealership would stand behind their product and that they cannot afford selling Lemons to their loyal customers. At the time of the purchase I was told that any issues would be taken care of and I should not worry about anything. Dear Mehdi, The vehicle in question is a 2007 model which was purchased certified and e-tested. One month after the purchase you had an alignment concern, we went ahead and had it taken care off at no charge (goodwill). In August you had a brake pulsation (Not a part of certification - rust is based on environmental factors), We replaced all 4 brake rotors on your vehicle at no charge (goodwill #2). Sloppy Service Department I had the car in for maintenance and to change the tires. When I picked the car up the tire light was lit on the dashboard. I had to wait 45 minutes while they fixed it. They claimed that it was the spare tire that was low on air. They had no explanation as to why their mechanics had not spotted the tire indicator on the dashboard.

unexpected behaviour Hello. My name is Safar. I really feel bad , by dealing with this dealership to such an extend that if I had a chance of returning the car without losing any money I would do it in minuets .They were not clear and honest at all.They sold me a car which they did not have the car available.They were suppose to deliver the car in 4 days at the max, but I gut the car after 9 days ,Unfortunately for each day of delay they came up with unbelievable excuses. POOR RECEPTION AND ATTENTION Poor customer focus. Waited 25 minutes, then went to find someone - overall 50 minutes. No coffee/water offered. Felt like a cog-in-a-wheel.
