Very friendly, respectful stuff and management. You feel right away that they will do their best to accommodate you at all costs (reasonable, of course). I bought from this dealer 2 brand new cars 4 years ago and have been bringing back both cars service and maintenance since then.

I have been to quite a few Lexus dealerships in and around the GTA and this was by far the best. The name, building size/style, and the fact that my salesperson (Ben) was extremely helpful and honest, lead me to believe this place was the one, and they had the car I wanted too :) Ben and the team were great and he even took care of me when it came to service. I enjoy being treated in a fair manner. They fixed an issue with my door promptly. I also was able to phone in and ask questions while driving about my car which they responded to well without making me feel dumb that I should know the answers before getting into a snow storm

i come in since my battery was dead and need a booster by towing company referred by road side assistance. after check up, it was not the battery that is not malfunctioning. It was actually the boomerang system that is failing and drain out the battery. It was not Lexus fault.
