Top-notch dealership! I've recommended this dealership to all my friends and family. I had previously owned a Lexus RX as well and always loved the customer service from all the Lexus dealerships that i took my vehicle to be serviced, but this dealership really stood out. Long story short, they did everything they could to try to ensure that i was able to leave with the vehicle the same day of purchase to go back to Quebec. Customer service is on point! Thank you to everyone who helped and especially Stacey and Joe!

Top knotch! Lexus of London is without a question the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. Beyond the RX350 I own and it simply being even more of the vehicle I expected, their service department is absolutely unbelievable. They just do everything right. Certainly if you want a great product you have to consider Lexus but also know you will not find a better service department than that at Lexus of London.
