Easy and fair to deal with. Sue was great to work with. Very responsive and fair to deal with. Questions were always answered in a timely fashion and they were more than fair to deal with in terms of reaching a deal.

90K Service Helpful, efficient, friendly and efficient. Having a loaner car ready a super bonus. A major service is expensive but then it covers a lot of work. The attention to cleaning and detailing was great especially when you removed the parking lot scratches without being asked and at no charge!

Never Disappointed Once again Lexus of London has exceeded my expectations ... just a regular service appointment on a regular day and again my vehicle was finished 2 hours before I needed it ... and at a few dollars less than I was quoted ... AND it was WASHED and VACUUMED at no additional charge. I'll repeat what I've been saying for almost 4 years now ... I am a LEXUS of LONDON customer FOR LIFE !!!

Fantastic Dealership! First impression of Lexus of London was FANTASTIC! Drove 2 hours to test drive my first Lexus and my experience from answering the phones to closing the deal was superb. Stephanie, Stacey and Teagan were professional, friendly and most importantly very patient throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Gold Medal Service Lexus of London belongs on the top of the podium. Their staff are consistently friendly and professional and they are genuine in their concern that you are happy with your dealings with them. They are empathetic and I like the way that they work as a team to ensure you are well served. This is the first dealership I have encountered where I don't feel stressed. Joe Mazzella was a pleasure to buy the car from and Lyndsi Irwin should be the flag bearer for helpful service. Medals all round.

The buying experience was exceptional. Stephanie was wonderful to deal with. I am not a fan of buying vehicles but Stephanie made this more enjoyable and comfortable than any other dealership experience I have had. We could see honesty and sincerity quickly in dealing with Stephanie. I bought a used 2013 Lexus RX350 from this dealer. I am a very picky customer... I lived in Markham, Ontario when I bought my vehicle. After a few months of looking I saw a 2013 RX350 advertised online and then called the dealership; Lexus of London. Good dealer with handsome price I have been to a few of dealer. The Lexus of London left a deep impression for me: the service was excellent. I had many questions about the vehicle and the options - many of the options on this technologically advanced vehicle I did not understand Jack Li explained everything to me clearly and patiently and gave good advice on what options would be most useful to me. All the staff were extremely helpful and when I picked up my new car, Brittany explained everything.
