Dr. HIll Review I bring my cars in to the Lexus of London dealership (this is my 3rd Lexus) and before I brought them in to Toyota Town (they were all Toyotas.) Every time I'm greeted and the work gets done in a timely and friendly manner.

Service Living over an hour away from the dealership, they provide a loaner, then when they needed to keep my car overnight, delivered my car to me the next day. Great service.

Geeat service from Karen and Adam in service department. Needed new snow tires and both couldn't have been more accommodating. Very friendly. Was very painful, as I didn't realize I needed new ones. They both made the experience less painful. Love going there. Janis Hassan
I received great service from Romeo Nissan. I received great service from Romeo in the service department last Thursday September 13 . I brought my Lexus RX 350 in for a repair and it was completed in a efficient and prompt manner. I receive excellent and quick service whenever I bring in my Lexus RX 350 to Lexus of London.. Rick Watson in sales was very personable and helpful. Rick really knew his facts and when he didn't, found out. Was given a loaner car when I was having service done and fell in love with. Talked to Rick to get some numbers, and he couldn't have been nicer to me. NO PRESSURE at all. Am considering it. It will be very hard decision, as I am in love with my 1998 Lexus. Janis Hassan

3rd Lexus I would highly recommend Tom Hiscott and Lexus of London if you're in the market for a new or gently -used vehicle. I recently purchased my third vehicle from Tom and the dealership and I continue to be impressed by their genuine interest in their customers. Their focus on customer service should be the benchmark for comparing other dealerships.

Service Review I brought my ES 350 in for Service on Sept 19/16. Karen greeted me by name and provided a loaner for me while servicing was completed. The car was ready before the anticipated time and for less than the original estimate. We are pleased with our purchase of this car and have received excellent service since the original purchase in 2010. We would definitely recommend the dealership for sales and service.

Excellent Buying Experience And Great Customer Service I have been looking for a specific car here in Vancouver in a certain colour and option package since March 2016.
