Amazing referral program! I recently received $100 for referring a friend to meet Rick Watson at Lexus of London. I had no idea this referral program existed. It was a very simple process. Untouchable Service Department Dealership and service department were excellent and extremely professional. Great loaner cars anytime I need service. Staff is super friendly and helpful, even for the slightest thing and explain everything that they're doing in plain-English. Will be at the top of my list for my next purchase!

Great service! My father recently decided to stop driving. He gifted me his low mileage 2007 Lexus which I am very proud to drive. My first visit to Lexus of London was to fix a faulty window. While fixing the window and performing an outstanding safety recall, the mechanic noticed something unusual with the water pump which led to its replacement. Excellent Service as Always Visit was for normal scheduled service ... Was a little early dropping my vehicle off, but was handled promptly. Service completed on time and for the verbally quoted price. Overall excellent treatment.
