Great Service, Great Experience Took my 'new to me' Lexus in for an oil change and to ask some questions on winter storage, Karen Campbell welcomed me, dealt with my questions efficiently and called to update me as my car was being serviced. The entire experience wonderful from the moment we arrived until I drove away and the price for my oil change was less than the cost of going to 'quickie lube' place. Experience with Sue Vincent at Lexus of London, ON Sue was informed and friendly, which made it easy in the purchase of our IS350. Completely impressed I had been interested in a Lexus for a long time but had never test driven or actively looked into one before. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was able to test drive a car for the weekend so I got to know the car completely. By the end of the weekend I was completely sold on Lexus!!
