unexpected car shopping experience because of Sue We just started to shop around for a car to replace our previous car, and we stopped at Lexus to only to check the cargo space of RX 350. Then Sue appeared~~~ She introduced everything about the car with warm smiles. I felt very comfortable talking with her and asking questions to her. She answered every question in great details. Thank you Sue! Sue was the first person of the last dealership that I visited that greeted me with a warm smile. I was leaning towards another vehicle until I met Sue. Not only was she extremely helpful, I love my new car!
Outstanding experience Upon arrival, Karen went over what was required for my service in detail, provided me with a loner and had my vehicle completed in good time. All of the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. As usual it was a great experience!

Easiest, friendliest car shopping experience i have ever had I usually despise car shopping due to the high pressure "buy it now" attitudes a lot of car salespeople show towards customers. They are looking for the one time sale instead of building a relationship and treating the customer as a friend instead of a number. My experience at Lexus of London was nothing short of spectacular. Shopping for a new vehicle! It was time for a new vehicle! We had narrowed the search down to Lexus,BMW and Audi. We were warmly welcomed upon entering the showroom and proptly introduced to Rick Watson. Rick was very knowledgeable about the RX350.
