A pleasant car sales experience I shopped for a car with and without my husband and this dealership treated us with equal care. Very focused on service and it showed throughout the transaction. Great vehicle orientation...never felt rushed.

Another Lovely Lexus When in for service we decided the loaner we had for the day was so amazing, we really wanted it for our next vehicle. Sue told us about the car and we left to think it over. About a week later we called her to see what she could do for us. Sue was amazing at helping us close the deal and making us feel welcome and comfortable. Love our SUV- RX350 fSport We purchased a new RX350 fSport model and it has been the best experience. We have purchased a number of new vehicles in the past and this one has been the best experiense. Our sales representative Rick made it very enjoyable. The day we picked it up was extra special when they put it in the show room. It was also great that they spent the extra time to go over all the features and there are a lot on this vehicle.

Above and Beyond service I found my beautiful 2013 Lexus ES350 on the Lexus of London website and decided to call to confirm if it was still in stock. Greatly pleased with our 2015 Lexus IS350 F Sport !! We located our car online. We decided to send an email to Lexus of London, asking for more information on the car. Stephanie showed and explained about the car and Kylie did all the financing end. We were in and out in no time.
