Customer service I talked to Stephanie on the phone and asked if she had any used cars in my price range. Stephanie got back to me with in 15 minutes and now I own the car that she found for me. Incredible customer service and very flexible.

Both Sales and Service make you love your Lexus. I my first Lexus was a used LX 460 bought in Timmins with very low kilometers and a few years old, It had only been driven short distances because if they can, people fly out from Timmins rather than drive if going south. Recently I saw one like mine driven across an African lake on Television ( not very deep but impressive) because it could be raised up to cross rivers, or In my case snow. Excellent Service Manager Jason is my go to person for anything vehicle related. He is knowledgeable and always makes me feel as though my questions are important, even when I know they are a bit ridiculous. He is always going above and beyond for his customers and he will be someone I follow to any dealership. He is certainly an asset.

Very Professional I live in the Toronto area and found the LX that I was interested in online. I was contacted by Stephanie Shearsby and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. She addressed the concerns I had about buying a vehicle online and she even sent me videos so I could get a closer look.
