Last minute oil change My Lexus needed an oil change without my making a previous appointment. Jason looked after my service efficiently and graciously and got me in and out within my time line. Very Happy Purhcaser of Four Lexus Vehicles from Stephanie Two days ago we traded in our RX for a new 2017 RX350 Lexus. We also have a RC 350. Very courteous and very capable service. My car needed a major repair. This was handled very expeditiously. Shortly after the repair was completed I traveled several thousand kilometers without a hitch and with increasing confidence in the competence of the service team at Lexus of London. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Jason Janusz and the chief technician were terrific.
