Had my winter tires installed and my summer tires stored. I've always received outstanding maintenance service on my vehicle when I bring it in. The service department are always friendly and knowledgeable to deal with and the loaner vehicles are wonderful to drive. I've never had better service!

very good service Lexus of London offered me a very good service. They provided me a great price and answered every question I had. All people here are nice. Jack is my dealer, he is very professional and friendly to me. I bought my first car here, I think the experience here would make me want to buy a new Lexus in the future!

I would and have recommended Lexus of London Stephanie was awesome she gave me all here time and she is very knowledgeable about what I was wanting in a Lexus. Amazing I've been searching around for a little while and I came across one at Lexus. I was assisted by Stephanie she was phenomenal, she exceeded my expectations and helped me find the best car for my needs, she did everything to ensure I was satisfied. Purchase of new 2016 Lexus I was in the market for a newer Lexus ES350 model. Summary of service I always get great service at Lexus, staring with the 1st person I meet. Usually it's Karen who always remembers and calls me by name. She explains what is going to take place, contact phone numbers to confirm prices etc. They complete the service as explained and confirmed and give the vehicle a wash and then it's all ready to be picked up. Adam also went the extra mile re customer service. thk!

Excellent service I have went to Jason for every car related question I have and he is always giving me great advice and offering his assistance. He is not pushy as some can be, and really provides you with all the facts. You couldn't find a better car guy!
