Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Purchased a vehicle perfectly suited to my needs and driving enjoyment. Vehicle was ready for me, washed, cleaned for my viewing and test drive. Regular Service They took very good care of us. When I showed the shop advisor an issue I thought was really minor, they were on it. Lexus is stepping up and doing another major parts replacement under warranty. Parts ordered and installation scheduled. Car was washed and ready to go when we got back with the loaner. They also swapped my winter tires (mounted) for the summers! Really enjoyed the experience.

Amazing servIce every time. The entire service department is wonderful (Karen, Romeo), and extremely well trained. Check in is fast, efficient and the loaner Cecile option is helpful. Very welcoming environment.

Very pleasant, win-win trade transaction - done in 2 hours! This is our 4th RX350. Experience just keeps getting better. Sue is knowledgable, friendly, considerate of our time and easy to work with. Our situation does not require selling per se. A vehicle similar to the one we wanted was available to see. Negotiating the APS took only 20 minutes. Dealership met delivery condition; and, kept us informed of delivery closing. Excellent!

Great Repeat Customer Service Stephanie was very helpful in identifying new car lease opportunities when I was in for scheduled maintenance with my older 2013 RX350.
