Met all my needs I had my vehicle in for a regular service when it was found that I needed all new brake pads and rotors . I had errands to run in London and Karen in service arranged a loaner car for me at no charge. I also needed to be home in St. Marys by 4pm. I had a call at 3pm on my cell phone that the car was ready and washed. My car was serviced, my errands were run, and I had my new brakes installed. I was home by 4pm. Thank-you ! Nice car! Great people! People in Lexus of London are nice and professional, especially Jack Ji and his assistant Nicky. They are very patient and helped us to find a great used Lexus SUV. The car is extremely clean and in great condition. They explained how to use the car properly and answered all our questions. I highly recommend buying car/SUV from them.

bought a new 2010 bmw 328i xdrive Rick Watson was recommended by a family friend! he knew lots about the car and its functions even though it was not a Lexus! it made me comfortable knowing that he was are sales man. he provided us with the vehicle his and almost any info you could think about it, like previous owners and its recent services that were done. Building brand loyalty with excellent service and products. I would like to thank Sue Vincent for her patience and help searching for an RX350. She is a class act with no pressure tactics or games. She is very friendly, considerate and saved me a lot of time with her experience and knowledge of the brand. It is my first Lexus and definitely not my last. Rick Watson - first class Just like the vehicles you sell I must say Rick Watson was first class all the way. From the initial first phone call to the time I pulled away in my new NX Rick was kind and courteous and was able to answer my many questions and never did I feel pressure to buy. Would I recommend Rick Watson and Lexus Of London? I have and will continue to do just that!
