This dealership is outstanding. In all the years we have dealt with car dealerships, we have never met such a nice group,or had such a wonderful experience as we have encountered in Lexus of London. Attention to detail From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the sales manager Al who came out of his office to make sure I was being serviced as the dealership was very busy. He listened to what I wanted and immediately introduced me to Rick Watson. Rick was prompt, had the cars ready for me to test drive as I came back in with one the other was ready to go. A Job well done !!! Karen, the service agent, was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Just as she has been on each occasion that I have gone to Lexus of London in the past 12 years. A "loaner" car was waiting for me. The check in process was quick and painless and I was on my way in 5 minutes. first service on new vehicle I find the service to be prompt and professional. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are efficient and pleasant. The waiting time for a routine service seems to go by quickly which is appreciated

Exceeds Expectations This was my first Lexus experience and certainly won't be my last.
