Amazing experience I was recently in Lexus of London looking for a new compact car and the service I received was exceptional! The lady was so informative and professional and made me feel very welcomed and valued, she answered all of my questions and helped me to understand alot more about the type of car I want. I have already recommend the location to alot of my friends and co workers.

Lexus of London has been a pleasure I have bought two SUV off of Lexus of London and could not be happier . My sales person Stephanie has been a great help and caters to all my wants and needs when buying a new vehicle. I strongly reccommend anyone interested in a Lexus to deal with her! . Even living in the gta they make it super convenient!

Positive Always been treated professionally, yet on a friendly basis. Good vehicle knowledge and prompt service. Dealership has good access and set up in a functional manner, so easy to maneuver and get around dealership. If confused staff is there to assist.

Friendly, efficient and well explained When I arrived Karen greeted me by name. I felt she knew my vehicle and very quickly completed the paper work and explained the service needed. The car was finished before the estimated time and I was on my way.

Always has been 5 star service! Although their customers number in the hundreds, Karen makes you feel like you are their only client. I always go back because this is the way it's been since day one several years ago.

Great customer dervice from Romeo Nissan I brought in my lexus RX350 in on November 23 for a oil change and had all 4 of my tires changed. Romeo was the service rep. He always shows great professionalism in his job and is very knowledgeable. He makes you feel at ease. The job was completed efficiently and in good time.. Thanks again Romeo
