very comfortable service experience Service was routine inspection, plus installation of snow tires. All the employees I dealt with were helpful and courteous. One downside, although the appointment for snow tire installation was made a couple of weeks in advance the tires were not at the dealership when I arrived resulting in an extended visit.

The best dealer I have ever seen Few days ago, my friends and I just walked in and met Sue in-store. Honestly I didn't expect to make the purchase on the same day since I'm not someone who knows cars very well. However, Sue was super patient and walked me through every detail which helped me a lot on learning about the car purchase. I was also impressed by her kindness and warm-heart. Great Sales Consultant, Great Car Just picked up 2017 Lexus NX 200t from Lexus of London. Have always worked with sales consultant Tom Hiscott. Always sense that Tom is my "advocate " at lexus of London at ALL times even though I know the dealership puts "the food on his table". Great experience!! Was in the market for a pre-owned truck and landed on Lexus of London's page. The staff were all friendly and inviting. I bought the truck and have been very happy with it. I highly recommend this dealership and Stephanie to deal with!
