The Best! A sign of a good service department is one that is busy. That means people trust and bring their cars in for service when the need arises. I want to thank the service crew at Lexus of London led by Adam for going the extra mile and keeping a smile while doing it. Outstanding This is my second Lexus and I have received excellent service from both Stephanie and Liliana. All questions were answered, attitudes are friendly and professional. I purchased a 2017 RX350 today and it never crossed my mind to deal with anyone else. I was recommended to Stephanie and I in turn recommended her to a colleague. Both ladies are a pleasure to deal with and I shall continue to deal with them, recommend them, and look forward to returning to the dealership.

Service Our snow tires were installed and a Drive Clean Emissions test was completed while I waited. Very efficient and friendly. Able to store tires for the spring.
Great Experience I purchased a 2015 Lexus RX 350 and had a great experience. Dealership was professional and attentive. From the test drive to working through options and finalizing a deal I always felt comfortable and not rushed. delivery of the vehicle was quick and hassle free. Would definitely go back for future car needs.
