A great experience Sue Vincent was very knowledgeable and helpful during my visit at Lexus of London. She answered all my questions and did not rush me. I was not planning to buy a vehicle on the day that I visited the showroom, but she gave me a very good deal. I highly recommend this dealership.
RX 350 Purchase Excellent experience! I came to Lexus of London after being spun around at two other dealerships (one in Lonon, one in Toronto). Look all you sales people...all I ask is for honesty...be straight with me...deliver what you say...Don't chang the rules half way though a deal. Amazing experience!! Rick Watson is a super star... This was a very rare situation, Rick Watson at Lexus of London made it happen. I ordered the 2017 Lexus NX 300 Hybrid with - Executive package. Treated very well--excellent and personal service. I really liked my first Lexus NX, leased a few years ago--but wasn't sure what to do with a new lease.
