Pleasure of dealing with Lexus of London If you want a pleasurable buying experience I highly recommend Lexus of London. Our salesperson Tom Hiscott made our experience enjoyable. This is the second vehicle we acquired from this dealership and every time I visit for the regular maintenance on my vehicle I am treated with friendly respect. They make you feel like you matter.

Best of the Best I travel over an hour each direction to get my Lexus serviced at Lexus of London. They always offer me a coffee, or refreshment, and have snacks while I wait too. My car is always done to perfection, at reasonable prices, and even cleaned before they hand it back over to me. The service people call me by name, and always do their best to accommodate my short notice requests for service. Excellent experience I traded in my old Lexus and leased a 2017 NX200 and Sue Vincent (and staff) made it a very smooth transition. Sue was extremely helpful and I will be a Lexus customer for life!

Purchase of pre-owned vehicle Four years ago, Stephanie supported us to buy out our lease and to make a new purchase - she was new with the dealership. Visited dealership because of friend's referral Jack Ji was the best Chinese sales I ever met. He was referral by one of my best friends who bought the NX through him. His recommends was so useful and educated us how to pick a vehicle which fit our situation well. We looked into RX350 and I was still conversing the options he gave us. I will definitely buy my new vehicle through him!
